Duties included management and updating of a fully resource loaded CPM schedule for all D&Z work related to the Davis Bessie Nuclear Power Station 17^th Refueling Outage.  Daily field status, schedule updates, and multiple in house work performance efficiency metrics were produced daily for review with the project manager.

2011 - 2012            Ann Arbor, Michigan

Duties included development of fully resource loaded EPC Project Schedule for the John H Campbell Power Plant AQCS Project.  AQCS project includes removal of existing ESP, new duct, four Spray Dry Absorbers, two Pulse Jett Fabric Filters, Lime Preparation, Recycle Slurry, and Ash removal systems. Tracking progress of procurement, engineering, and developing alternate schedule scenarios to accommodate project acceleration and meet single outage tie-in of all systems. 

 

URS Corp. – Washington Division

2008 - 2010Monroe, Michigan

Duties included Quantity Tracking and CPM Project Scheduling of Detroit Edison Monroe Power Plant FGD Project.  Including weekly schedule updates, recovery planning, manpower forecasting, resource loading, and weekly schedule reviews with field personnel, subcontractors, and management.
